Introduction

Welcome to the digital landscape of the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith International (PCAFI) and its affiliated district councils (collectively, "PCAFI"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of all websites, mobile applications, and other digital assets ("Digital Assets") operated by PCAFI or its authorized representatives, including Glue Up's services such as websites (www.glueup.com, paygage.us) and mobile applications (Glue Up App and Glue Up Manager App) used for PCAFI events and activities ("PCAFI Digital Assets").

By accessing or using any PCAFI Digital Asset, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you are prohibited from using any PCAFI Digital Asset.

 

Definitions

• Event: A gathering, service, workshop, conference, or other activity organized or hosted by PCAFI or its affiliated district councils.

• Organization: Any PCAFI district council or other entity affiliated with PCAFI.

• Email: Electronic mail communication sent through the PCAFI Digital Assets.

• Membership: A designation signifying affiliation with a specific PCAFI organization or access to specific content or services within the PCAFI Digital Assets.

• Attendee: An individual who registers for an Event.

 

Services Offered

The PCAFI Digital Assets offer a variety of services to users, including:

• Accessing information about upcoming Events hosted by PCAFI or its affiliated organizations.

• Registering for Events and purchasing tickets or memberships (if applicable).

• Participating in online discussions or forums related to PCAFI activities.

• Receiving updates and communications from PCAFI or its affiliated organizations.

• Engaging in giving and contribution opportunities

Refunds

The Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith International (PCAFI) values the commitment of its member churches and our individual constituents and strives to provide a supportive and enriching network. As such, PCAFI does not offer refunds for membership fees, application fees, license fees, credential fees, event registrations, or other donations. Exceptions to this policy are made only in cases where it can be demonstrated that a duplicative fee was paid.

 

Upon notification of a duplicate payment, PCAFI will conduct a review within 3-5 business days. If it is determined that a duplicate fee payment was indeed made, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days following the finding.

 

Account and Access

To access certain features of the PCAFI Digital Assets, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. PCAFI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason.

Content

The content displayed on the PCAFI Digital Assets, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software ("Content"), is the property of PCAFI, its licensors, or content providers. You agree not to use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of PCAFI.

Artificial Intelligence Features

Some features of the PCAFI Digital Assets may utilize artificial intelligence ("AI") for tasks such as scheduling or event recommendations. While these AI features aim to be helpful, they may not always provide accurate information. You are responsible for verifying all information provided by AI features and should not solely rely on them for critical decisions, especially during emergencies.

 

Fees and Payment

Certain Events or services offered through the PCAFI Digital Assets may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by PCAFI or the Event organizer. Payment methods may vary depending on the service, and each method may have its own terms and conditions.

 

Restrictions on Use

You agree to use the PCAFI Digital Assets solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.

• Use any automated tools or scripts to access the PCAFI Digital Assets.

• Interfere with the security or functionality of the PCAFI Digital Assets.

• Impersonate any person or entity.

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.  

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

 

Service Availability

PCAFI may perform necessary maintenance or upgrades on the PCAFI Digital Assets occasionally. These maintenance activities may affect the availability or functionality of the PCAFI Digital Assets. PCAFI will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any disruption caused by such maintenance.

Third-Party Sites

The PCAFI Digital Assets may contain links to third-party websites. PCAFI is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites. You access these third-party websites at your own risk.

Intellectual Property Rights

The PCAFI Digital Assets and all Content are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained on the PCAFI Digital Assets.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PCAFI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the PCAFI Digital Assets, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The PCAFI Digital Assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.  

 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PCAFI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the PCAFI Digital Assets; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the PCAFI Digital Assets; (iii) any content obtained from the PCAFI Digital Assets; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.  

 

Termination

PCAFI may terminate your access to the PCAFI Digital Assets at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your access to the PCAFI Digital Assets by discontinuing your use of them.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.  

 

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PCAFI with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
